Our desire to build lasting relationships with our customers through service. We emphasize relatability and accountability in all our client relationships because we are seeking the continuation of our long-term success in the industry. Our desire is for our clients to recognize our devotion to them so that they will be pleased to be devoted to us.
Over the first five years, the company acquired more interest from a more diverse group of clients, and it expanded to take on building. As the group continued to excel, the desire to work alongside a reputable contractor who pays their bills created more attention from subcontractors. Those subcontractors wanted in on the vision that was casted from that garage in Westmont. At that point, Carl decided to take on a plumbing company, and a concrete company under the Pursell name.
The company has been operating successfully with this model over the last 20 years, producing between 25 and 35 million dollars of business with companies and organizations such as Wawa Food Markets, Regal Theaters, AMC Theaters, McDonalds, Chick-fil-a, Costco, Sterling Jewelers, Bristol Meyers Squibb, The Boys and Girls Club, Loomis Fargo, Church Establishments, and custom homes along the jersey shore.
The company now employs over 100 people full time, and operates as a fully licensed and insured electrical, plumbing, concrete, carpentry, and general contractor from Florida to New Jersey, where the next generation of the Pursell family is successfully crossing new thresholds every day.

Perhaps nothing is more important for achieving a successful outcome than clear, regular communication between the project manager, the superintendent, and the client. On all CRP project, all relevant project information is maintained and made accessible via our cloud-based construction management software. Clients can receive project reports from any smartphone, tablet, or computer of the daily progress, a detailed summary of happenings, as well as pictures that are uploaded daily. Clients can also contact CRP project managers at any time should concerns or special needs arise.
